Former Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand has revealed his Champions League favourite team, according to report.
The ex-England international believes that Real Madrid will be the favourites to win the title if they progress to the semi-finals but he conceded that the European Champions will not want to face Liverpool in the semifinal.
Liverpool defeated Pep Guardiola home and away with an aggregate scoreline of 5-1 in the quarterfinals to book a place in the semi-finals on Tuesday evening.

AS Roma eliminated Barcelona after defeating the Spanish giant a shocking 3-0 after suffering a 4-1 deficit in the first leg, while Real Madrid will host Juventus in the second leg of their tie in Santiago Bernabeu with an advantage of a 3-0 lead on Wednesday night.
Ferdinand is of the opinion that Real Madrid is the favourite to win the title for the third time in a row if they advanced to the semi-finals, but admitted that no side will want to lock-horns with an in-form Liverpool.
Speaking to BT Sport, Ferdinand said: “I wouldn’t want to see Liverpool come out of the hat if it was me playing against them.
“Sitting here now, I think Real Madrid, if they go through, will be favourites based on experience and having Cristiano Ronaldo in their team.
“But, again, they wouldn’t want to be playing against this Liverpool team.”
The semi-final draws will be held on Friday afternoon.
