Super Eagles right-back Shehu Abdullahi has reacted to a surprise birthday cake he received from his Turkish Super Lig side Bursaspor.

The 26-year-old Nigeria international moves to Green Crocodiles from Cypriot side Anorthosis Famagusta last summer and he has been sidelined for more than three months after suffering a thigh muscle rupture while playing for Nigeria in the 4-0 win over in the 2019 AFCON qualifier against Libya at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo on October 13.

Abdullahi returned to action last month but got his first goal for Bursaspor in the 3-2 over Sivasspor last weekend and also featured in 90 minutes action in a goalless draw away to Ancaragucu on Saturday.

Former Sokoto United and Kano Pillars stars use his Twitter handle to handle to react for the birthday cake surprise to mark his special day with club teammate.

Abdullahi's Bursaspor still placed 15th on the table as Super Eagles defender is looking with excitement ahead of Sunday’s battle at home against visiting Galatasaray, who were on fire this past Monday, with Henry Onyekuru scoring twice in their 5-0 spanking of Antalyaspor and are second on the Lig table.
