Chelsea players celebrate with Fabregas

Serie A giants AC Milan have verbally agreed a deal to sign Chelsea midfielder, Cesc Fabregas at the end of the season, according to Daily Star and CalcioMercato.com.

The 29-year-old is rarely a first team player under new Blues manager, Antonio Conte, having started just nine Premier League games for this season.

AC Milan was recently acquired by Chinese investors and their first wish is to get the Spaniard to play for the Rossoneri in the new season.

However, Chelsea are holding out for a fee in the region of €25m while Fabregas is reportedly demanding a salary of €4.5m plus bonuses.

AC Milan failed to sign Fabregas on transfer deadline last summer and are willing to try again for the services of the Spaniard.
