AC Milan hope to hijack Ibrahimovic from Man UnitedShare:
Zlatan Ibrahimovic is still attracting interests from AC Milan, as the Italian side eye a reunion with the striker.
AC Milan are still interested in luring Zlatan Ibrahimovic back to Serie A when the striker fully recuperates from the knee surgery he had at the close of last season.
Milan’s sporting director Massimo Mirabelli has confirmed the possibility.
The 35-year-old was released by Manchester United, as he nursed a serious knee injury towards the end of last season – which he still hasn’t recovered from.
He continues to be linked with a return to the Red Devils, with Jose Mourinho recently dropping a huge hint he will play for the club again.
But Mirabelli has refused to rule out the possibility of bringing the 35-year-old back to Italy

Speaking to Sport Mediaset, Mirabelli left the door open for the super Swede to return back to the San Siro.
The Italian said: “Ibrahimovic? In life, never say never. Maybe an old acquaintance of ours could come back.
“I don’t want to hint at Ibra, that’s not the case. We have our feet on the ground.
“We’ll evaluate the things that we have to do after August 15.”
The former Italian champions have already had a successful recruitment drive this summer, having brought in the likes of Leonardo Bonucci, Franck Kessie, Andre Silva, Hakan Calhanoglu, Ricardo Rodriguez and Andrea Conti amongst others.
