The Algeria Football Association (FAF) have announced a new date for their World Cup qualifier against Nigeria next month.

The Algerians have now chosen November 10 as the new date they will host Nigeria in a final 2018 World Cup qualifier in Constantine, 400 kilometres east of the capital city Algiers.

Kick-off time has been fixed for 8.30 local time.

FAF said the date was chosen so as to allow them arrange a friendly after this qualifier within the FIFA-friendly window.

Nigeria have already qualified for next year’s World Cup in Russia as winners of Group B.

And no matter the outcome of this match, Algeria will finish bottom of the group as they have only managed a single point in five matches.
