Arsenal attacker Henrikh Mkhitaryan has aimed a sly dig at Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho.

Mkhitaryan revealed that his move to Arsenal during the winter break has reignited his passion again for the game.

The former Manchester United and Borussia Dortmund attacker can’t wait to prove that he can light up English football with his attacking talent under new boss Unai Emery

“Everything about Arsenal is totally different to Manchester United.

“As soon as I came to Arsenal I felt the warmth of this team. It's like a family where everyone is taking care of you.

“The philosophy, the playing style, the club... nothing is comparable. It's like a new page in the book of my life.

“Arsenal has always played offensive football but under Jose, the team at United was playing a bit differently.

“I'm not criticising or blaming him. It was just a different philosophy.

“But what I can say is that I am enjoying myself more at Arsenal than I was at Manchester."

Arsenal will start their Premier Campaign against the Manchester City at the Emirate Stadium and the following week the Gunners will take a trip to Stamford Bridge to play Chelsea.
