Ashley Young: Inter officially sign third Man United player

Inter Milan have officially signed Ashley Young after he completing his transfer from Manchester United.

The 34-year-old England international whose contract at Old Trafford is due to expire at the end of the season after an eight-and-a-half-year spell with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer side

Young signed a contract lasting until 30 June 2020 with an option to extend for a further season as the deal between the two clubs was agreed on Thursday, with Inter paying a £1.3m (€1.5m) fee plus bonuses for the full-back.

He becomes the third Manchester United player to sign for Antonio Conte's Inter side in less than 12 months, following the transfers of Alexis Sanchez and Romelu Lukaku last summer.

Young departs Old Trafford after making 18 appearances this season but has only started 10 league games under Solskjaer but former Aston Villa and Watford ace has chosen to wear shirt Number 15 at San Siro.

Conte hopes to have the new signing in his squad for Sunday’s Serie A trip to Lecce.
