Real Madrid teammate begs for Bale to start against Juventus

Gareth Bale is still insistent Real Madrid remains the best place for him to be despite being upset at being taken off at half time during their Champions League quarterfinal clash with Juventus.

Bale remains on the verge of lifting his fourth Champions League trophy in five years as Los Blancos face Bayern Munich in the semi-final but has not had the best of seasons as he has failed to establish himself in the starting XI.

However, he remains clear the best place for him to be is at Real Madrid, according to the Daily Mail.

He has been courted by big Premier League clubs in each of his last three summers but has rejected the advances.

He remains confident in his own ability to get back into the team and coach Zidane has shown in the past that he does not hold grudges or close the door on players.

Isco, Lucas Vazquez and Marco Asensio are all in the ascendancy with him at the moment but all were out of the coach's plans earlier in the season.
