Barcelona target Neymar has been offered to Bayern Munich and Manchester United as he seeks to quit Paris Saint-Germain.
Barcelona is in pole position to sign the Brazilian attacker due to his ties with the Camp Nou outfit but the La Liga Champions offer falls short of PSG valuation.
The negotiation between the Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain has stood still and Neymar’s representatives have offered him to Manchester United and Bayern Munich.

Real Madrid, Juventus, Bayern Munich and Manchester United have all been contacted about Neymar's availability.
Inside his camp, there's a growing concern that Barcelona is set to end their interest this summer.
However, Neymar remains determined to leave Paris - a stand which was confirmed by coach Thomas Tuchel yesterday.
"I knew that he wanted to go before the Copa America, but it's a topic between the club and Neymar," Tuchel told RMC Sports.
"It's all clear between us, now it's up to the club and Neymar.
"We work together, it's something between the club and him."
