Santiago Solari has deployed Isco to substitute role or better still starting the former Valencia and Malaga playmaker in order competitions.

Bartomeu is prepared to help Isco out of the situation as he aimed to speak with Perez during the Copa del Rey semifinal clash on Wednesday at the Camp Nou.

'If our coaches asked us for a player and they want to leave Madrid, of course, we would sign them,' Bartomeu told El Partidazo de COPE.

'But it has not happened since I'm here.

'There are no non-aggression pacts. Each one tries to make their team more competitive.

'Isco? For the sake of Real Madrid, I would speak with the president of Real Madrid.'

Barcelona is currently eight points ahead of Real at the top of the league table.

Real Madrid is not expected to welcome the idea but could do business with other suitors outside Spain if they are willing to sell the midfielder.
