Belotti wants guaranteed starting spot in EPL in future - FCNaija

Torino forward Andrea Belotti warns Premier League big clubs that he will move if he will be guarantee a starting role.

The 24-year-old attracted attention from around Europe after he scored 26 Serie A goals for Torino last season, and also became a regular with Azzurri.

Chelsea were interested in Bellotti last summer with Torino president Urbano Cairo insisted he did not want to sell the player Italy international with the Blues opted for Alvaro Morata from Real Madrid, Arsenal and Manchester City were also linked with the Serie A striker past June.

Former Palermo star insists he will only move to a bigger club if he can be sure he plays regularly.

"They tell me I should go and play in a big club which plays in the big cup competitions, but I will decide what is best for me," 

"I'm not interested in moving to a big club if I don't play or get stuck on the bench. If I move, it's to be a regular in the first team." Belotti told state broadcaster Rai.

Torino president has insert 100 million euro (87.26 million pounds) buyout clause into striker contract, which runs until 2021.

Belotti has been less successful this season with six league goals to his credit after battling with several injuries and was part of an Italy team which failed to qualify for the World Cup.
