Former World Footballer of the year Fabio Cannavaro who succeeded Brazilian Luiz Felipe Scolari at Guangzhou Evergrande is believed to be a big fan of the Gabonese.

The BVB boss Zorc in his reaction to the rumours said: "This annoys us not really. In recent months he has allegedly been transferred to five clubs.

"If it were so, we would have to announce accordingly. That that did not happen says it all." said Zorc as quoted in Bild.

Until now, Tianjin Quanjian has always been the hottest prospect for Aubameyang.
