Real Madrid sign Brazilian Wonderkid

La Liga By: Ayodeji Tunde | 13/09/2017

Real Madrid
have reportedly completed the signing of Brazilian wonderkid Rodrigo.

The 17-year-old has arrived at the Bernabeu for an undisclosed fee from Gremio Novorizontino a report in The UK Sun states.

Although no official announcement has been made, Marca claim the Champions League holders have secured the teen sensation’s signature.

And he could follow compatriot Casemiro’s career path into the first-team at Madrid.

The defensive midfielder moved to the Spanish capital from Sao Paulo in 2013 and enjoyed a stint on loan at Porto two years ago.

That experience served him well and he is now a fully-fledged member of Zinedine Zidane‘s squad at the La Liga champions.

And the report states that Rodrigo will join Castilla next season for a similar loan stint before returning to Madrid.

The South American is the latest youngster to join the club under their new transfer policy.
