Football is big business and the transfer window opens in January with teams looking to strengthen and French giants Paris Saint German have identified Tottenham midfielder Dele Alli as a major target for the summer.
According to The Mirror, PSG are planning to offer Spurs £50m for the services of the 20-year-old with Nigerian roots
but club chairman Levy is always a hard cutomer to deal with when it comes to negotiating deals for his most prized assets.Nigerian duo push Southampton out of Europa League
Levy is reportedly not keen on selling any of the club stars as he recently sanctioned new contracts for almost half of the current squad and Dele Alli signed a new six-year deal at White Hart Lane just in September.
However, PSG are not relenting in their chase as they are confident that a deal which will double Alli’s current salary of £60,000 a week will turn the players head and the opportunity to win a league title and fight for UEFA Champions League glory every season will lure him to France.
Interestingly, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich are also said to be interested in the England international but will not enter a bidding war with the French giants who are prepared to blow its competitors out of the water with a higher bid if necessary.
Alli enjoyed a breakthrough year for Tottenham last season after joining from MK Dons, contributing to 19 goals in the Premier League and voted PFA Young Player of the Year.MORE | Jose, Zlatan hail Mhkitaryarn's ‘beautiful’ first goal
