Burkina Faso name squad for Super Eagles friendly

The Burkinabe Football Federation have announced a 25-man squad ahead of the friendly match against the Super Eagles of Nigeria at the Hive Stadium on March 27.

Their Portuguese coach, Paulo Duarte, has called up several players that took part in the last Africa Cup of Nations – where they came third – with another six names making the list for the first time.

The breakdown of the squad shows two home-based players, six in other Africa countries while 17 are Europe based.

The six players making their debut in the squad are Patterson Kabore (CD Eldense), Dylan Ouedraogo (Monaco), Abdul Meyker Yabre (Vibonese), Stephane Aziz Ki (Omonia Nicosia), Anthony Koura (Nancy), and Abdoul Gafar Sirima (Baltika Kaliningrad).
