CAF CC: Enyimba Brace For Brazzaville Test

Two-time African champions, Enyimba International will be returning to Nigeria empty-handed; having been hammered 3-0  by Congolese side, CARA Brazzaville in their second Group C clash in the CAF Confederation Cup on Wednesday.

Three first-half goals conceded within 20 minutes condemned Enyimba to the disappointing defeat.

Fabrice Louamba set the tone for the day; heading the Brazzaville-based club in front in the 14th minute before Cabwey Kivutuka doubled their advantage four minutes after.

Dicha Liema fired home the third goal for the hosts in the 19th minute and that was how it ended even though Enyimba tried hard to at least reduce the deficit.

With the defeat, Enyimba who won their opening game and CARA who lost theirs are now leveled on three points but the later have a better goals difference advantage.
