Real Madrid defender Dani Carvajal has revealed Neymar’s comments about Los Blancos during his time with the club on trials.

Neymar and Carvajal were at Real Madrid in 2002 as youngsters when the Brazilian was still a teenager.

Carvajal could still recollect what the Paris Saint-Germain promised the team as at that time: “I remember Neymar perfectly well in the youth team," he said.

"He told us that he was going to stay and we all lifted him up and celebrated with him.”
