The history-making home-based Super Eagles have arrived from Morocco where they took part in the 5th edition of the African Nations Championship, tournament.
The Nigerian delegation landed in Lagos early Tuesday morning via a direct Air Maroc flight from Casablanca.
The Lagos State Governor Akinwunmi Ambode, who watched the team live in Casablanca, praised the commitment of the team against all the odds and said his government will host them to a befitting reception on their return to Nigeria on Tuesday.

It is also understood that the CHAN Eagles stand to receive N90million for their second place finish at the tournament which ended in Morocco on Sunday.
The CHAN Eagles finished behind Morocco, after suffering a 4-0 spanking at the hands of the hosts and being first runners-up, they will get $750,000 as prize money from CAF, with the NFF promising to give them 30% of the sum.
This is beside the match bonuses they have received for going all the way to the championship game in Morocco.
