Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek could get a new role under Frank Lampard upon his return from injury, according to report.
Lampard is considering a different role for the huge midfielder in his starting line-up as the 23-year-old may find himself in an unfamiliar role than his custom role in the team.
According to The Sun, Loftus-Cheek could play as a false nine when he is fully fit.

Lampard is considering drafting the midfielder in the attacker and provide him a chance to lead the line and add a different dimension to the team's attack.
Tammy Abraham and Olivier Giroud are yet to show their best form in front of goal and Lampard is running out of patience for the two misfiring strikers and option is Michy Batshuayi who can also lead the line conveniently if given the opportunity.
Chelsea is yet to win a game after their opening two games in the Premier League, the Blues suffered a 4-0 defeat against Manchester United in their opener at Old Trafford and was held to a 1-1 draw against Leicester City at the Stamford Bridge in their last game.
