Chelsea coach Maurizio Sarri has named 25man squad for 2018-19 Europa League season with three major absentees from the upcoming tournament.

Veteran goalkeeper Robert Green, England international midfielder Danny Drinkwater and Lucas Piazon were also omitted from Europa League squad despite been included in the Premier League team for this campaign.

Talented defender Ethan Ampadu is included with starlet Callum Hudson-Odoi after his impressive performance during the Blues pre-season which the Sarri has indicated that the youngster is part of his plans this term.

Chelsea are in Europa League after missing out on a Champions League place for the second time in three seasons as the dethroned Premier League Champions were placed in Group L along with PAOK Salonika, MOL Vidi, and BATE Borisov.
