Chelsea outcast 'set for Saudi Arabia loan'

Chelsea wantaway star Diego Costa could reportedly go on six months to Saudi Arabia side Al-Hilal if he agrees with a move to Atletico Madrid in the coming days according to report

The 28-year-old who is believed to be in the Spanish capital trying to arrange a return to his former side, having told he is not part of Chelsea coach Antonio Conte earlier in the summer he has refused to return to Stamford Bridge.

Atletico Madrid could not sign the Brazilian-born Spanish striker in the summer due to a transfer ban handed to La Liga outfit but are believed to be close to an agreement to officially sign Costa when the January transfer window opens for a fee of £53m.

According to the Daily Mail, once Atletico Madrid signs Costa he will not return to London rather than he will move too far east for a short-term loan to Al-Hilal, who finished champions of the Saudi Professional League last term.

Costa who made 42 appearances last season for Chelsea scoring 22 in all competition
