Chelsea is preparing to sign Manchester United goalkeeper Dean Henderson as a possible replacement for fumbling Kepa Arrizabalaga.
The Stamford Bridge outfit has put Kepa under scrutiny following his below-par performance against Newcastle United and Arsenal in his last two outings in the Premier League.
The Spanish shot-stopper was to blame for Newcastle United stoppage-time goal and Gabriel Martinelli’s equalizer against Arsenal.
The report according to The Times the Blues has identified Burnley’s Nick Pope and Sheffield United goalkeeper Dean Henderson.
Henderson is on loan at Sheffield from Manchester United and the English shot-stopper has put in a commanding display for the Blades and his performance has not gone unnoticed by the Stamford Bridge directors and are keen on signing the Red Devils goalkeeper next summer.
The 22-year old goalkeeper is keen on holding talks with Manchester United as he aims to sort his future.
