Chelsea is set to launch a bid to sign a world class striker from Paris Saint-Germain as they are ready to bring Edinson Cavani to the Stamford Bridge.
The report in The Sunday Express says Chelsea is willing to pay £50m to secure the services of Uruguayan forward in a bid to solve their goal scoring issues.

Cavani, 31, has been sensational for PSG since his move from Napoli to the French capital club he has scored has scored 324 goals in 519 appearances since his arrival.
Sarri wants to remodel the squad in the next two transfer windows and could offload some players this winter transfer to create space for the incoming ones.
Chelsea only managed 38 goals in the Premier League which is comfortably the lowest number of goals of clubs in the top six so far this season.
Chelsea would also face stiff competition from China for the signature of the 31-year-old forward.
