Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois has shunned an improved deal from the Premier League Champions in a bid to favour a move to Real Madrid according to report.
Courtois was offered a new deal by Chelsea so as to put an end to the speculation linking him away from the Stamford Bridge.
The Belgian international is unwilling to extend his stay at the club as he put off the new contract talk with Chelsea hierarchy and he is willing to hear from Los Blancos chief Florentino Perez.
According to report in Diario Gol reports that Courtois has his minders scouting luxury properties in the La Finca district in anticipation of a move to Santiago Bernabeu.
The former Atletico Madrid goalkeeper is keen on a move to Real Madrid since the end of last season, with his family now located in the city of Madrid, Courtois wants to be closer with his spouse.
Real Madrid is also eyeing a move for Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea after a failed attempt in the last summer Perez will be willing to make another approach next summer.
