Chelsea have reportedly turned down a bid in excess of £50m from Barcelona for Brazil and Chelsea midfielder Willian.

Sky Sports News say talks are continuing today (Tuesday) between the two clubs and the player’s representatives to see if a deal can be reached.

The report also has it that the La Liga Champions first began efforts to lure the versatile winger to the Nou Camp as long as three months ago.

Chelsea are believed to want more than £50m for the 29-year old, who they signed in 2013 from Anzhi Makhachkala.
