I thought it was time to move on, so I had no regrets. But things change quickly in football. "Winning the Premier League has always been an obsession of mine. This is one of the toughest competitions in the world. We've worked hard to make this dream come true."Former Italy and Juventus boss Conte is in his first season at Chelsea and has taken his side towards a possible double, with Arsenal their FA Cup final opponents on May 27.Luiz added: "He's extremely meticulous.
