Bundesliga giant FC Augsburg have announced the signing of Gernot Rohr's Super Eagles target Noah Sarenren Bazee following a successful medical from Hannover 96.

The 22-year-old German-born left second division side for Fuggerstädter for a fee of 1.7 million Euros after peening a five-year contract at Augsburg Arena until June 30, 2024.

Bazee who has both German and Nigerian citizenship told the club official website saying after handing him number 17 jersey for the 2019-2020 season said: "I want to take the next step in my development in Augsburg and I’m happy that the FCA board have put their trust in me. I’m looking forward to playing my first games in an Augsburg shirt,”

"We’re really excited about Noah’s move to Augsburg. He is an ambitious young player who we are convinced will help us in the attack,” said Stefan Reuter, FCA’s sporting director added.

Bazee trained with the Super Eagles in March 2017 but could not make his debut in a friendly against Senegal in London before 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia due to a knee ligament injury
