Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund have extended the suspension of Barcelona target Ousmane Dembele "until further notice".
Dortmund coach Peter Bosz on Saturday has confirmed that the club was set to make a decision on Dembele shortly, after meeting with the player who missed training earlier this week.
The decision was taken after a meeting last night between manager Peter Bosz, chief executive Hans-Joachim Watzke and sporting director Michael Zorc."Our focus now is on a concentrated preparation of the team for the Bundesliga opening match in Wolfsburg this coming weekend," explains Zorc: "Ousmane Dembélé, of course, has the opportunity to do an individual training off the track."Apart from this opinion, Borussia Dortmund will not comment any further on the facts." Dortmund said in a statement on its official website
Dembele will be expected to train on his own while the rest of the squad prepare for their first Bundesliga game of the season against Wolfsburg next Saturday.
Dortmund rejected a €100m offer from Barcelona for Dembele on Thursday.
