Chelsea head coach Antonio Conte has admitted that Blues’ midfielder Eden Hazard is not in his top form as the Belgian is still some way from reaching his best potentials this season due to the injury he sustained 4-month back during the international break.Hazard started the Champions League match against Qarabag from the bench and he wasn't missed as the Blues ran riot, scoring six goals against the European minnows.The Belgian made his first outing for Chelsea this season in Saturday's 2-1 win over Leicester, coming on for the final 12 minutes of the match.While the Belgium playmaker is yet to rediscover his best form, Conte was happy with the overall performance of his side and singled out Davide Zappacosta for his display.RELATED: Michael Owen reacts to Zappacosta's goal“It was a good result.
