Marouane Fellaini was spotted in Milan this week after being linked with a move to AC Milan.
Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini was spotted on the streets of Milan on Monday amid reports he is set to join AC Milan.
Reports have been rife about a move away from Old Trafford for the Belgian, with Milan mentioned as a possible destination and the midfielder did little to dispel the rumours when he was seen in the iconic Italian city with twin brother, Mansour.Read also: BREAKING NEWS: Real Madrid summer transfer ban lifted
The 29-year old is believed to have spoken to United teammates about a potential move away from Old Trafford, and a potential new challenge in Serie A with the Rossoneri interested.
While nothing has been confirmed yet, it is however believed that United would prefer to sell outright, and recoup some of their £27m they spent on signing him, however the Italians' would be more keen on an initial loan move, with an option to purchase next summer.
Fellaini has fallen down the pecking order at United, and is now being linked with a January move away. He played the full 90 minutes in six of United's opening eight Premier League games this term, but has figured for a total 17 minutes in their last six matches.
His relationship with United fans has also taken a hit recently, after his late foul at Goodison Park cost United two points in the 1-1 draw with Everton earlier this month.
