Oghenekaro Etebo has fired a warning shot at Senegal and Burkina Faso who the Super Eagles will be engaging in friendly games in the days ahead in London.
Etebo showed class for CD Feirense in their 3-2 comeback win over Chaves at Estádio Marcolino de Castro on Sunday evening.
The visitors were cruising away with a two-goal lead after 49 minutes courtesy of strikes from Renan Bressan and Fabio Martins.
However, CD Feirense mounted a fightback and their efforts paid off as Tiago Silva and Machado scored in the 54th and 56th minute respectively.
Etebo got the all-important winning goal, nine minutes from time when he netted the third goal for CD Feirense.
The 21-year-old bronze medalist from the Rio Olympics is on the 25-man roster invited by Super Eagles coach Genort Rohr for the double-header against Teranga Lions and the Etallions.
The Super Eagles will be up against Senegal’s Teranga Lions on Thursday, 23rd March before taking on the Etalons of Burkina Faso four days later. Both matches will be played at The Hive, home ground of Barnet Football Club.
