Everton forward hit Flying Eagles camp after dumping England

Everton forward Korede Adedoyin hit Flying Eagles of Nigeria training camp in Germany ahead of the U20 World Youth Championship in Poland after dumping England.

Nigerian team coach Paul Aigbogun has been called up an 18-year-old star as a replacement for German-Nigerian forward Chimezie Ekene who pulled out of the squad citing an injury picked up for the U23s of Hoffenheim as a reason behind his withdrawal.

Flying Eagles on Sunday suffered a 2-1 defeat to Saudi Arabia in a pre-World Cup friendly after in their second test game after drawing 3-3 in their first test game against Freiburg U23.

Former Everton striker Yakubu Aiyegbeni, who is putting the young strikers through their paces. as the talented forward has been at Everton since the age of 10 and was born in Nigeria, although is also eligible for England.

Adedoyin has been in fine form for the Toffee's under-18s this season where he has scored 13 goals in 21 games and looks like being a top talent going forward for the Premier League side.
