Juventus has since then offer Mandzukic to Manchester United as they are interested in a swap deal for Matteo Darmian.

The Serie A Champions are still keen on signing Paul Pogba and the Bianconeri has also suggested a swap for Darmian in a deal independent of the Pogba talks.

Sarri sees Mandzukic as surplus to requirement at the Allianz Stadium and could find a replacement or recall Gonzalo Higuain back to the club having worked with the Argentine striker at Napoli and Chelsea respectively.
