Former South Africa and Manchester United star Quinton Fortune have reacted to Super Eagles forward Samuel Chukwueze goal for Villarreal in the 2-0 win over Levante on Sunday evening.

The 19-year-old Nigeria international fired his third goal in La Liga after making 63rd-minute substitute got a pass from Santi Cazorla and impressively curled his left-footed shot past goalkeeper Aitor Fernandez in injury time to end The Yellow Submarine three-game winless run in the Spanish top-flight.

Fortune working as an analyst for La Liga TV said at the half-time of Valladolid versus Real Madrid: "That's what you ask from a team that has played some great football. Samuel Chukwueze has been playing well for Villarreal.

"Oh wow, that's great, good steps," Fortune enthused as he admired the dance steps of the Nigerian whilst he celebrated his 90th-minute goal, his third of the season in 16 league matches.

Chukwueze has now scored six goals including an effort in the Uefa Europa League in his maiden senior campaign and has helped Villarreal move to 17th in the league standings with a point above the relegation zone.

As a reward for his impressive showings in the Spanish top-flight, the 2015 Fifa U17 World Cup winner has also been invited for Nigeria's Africa U-23 Cup of Nations qualifiers against Libya on March 20.
