Tottenham Hotspurs send Swansea City parking for the Emirate FA Cup with 3-0 victory at Liberty Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

Christian Eriksen opened the scoring before Erik Lamela double Spurs lead closing stage of the first half and Denmark international complete the rout in the second half of the encounter without injured Harry Kane.

First Half

Tammy Abraham drives down the inside-left channel and flicks a ball into the centre for Nathan Dyer to chase after he tries to round Spurs keeper Micheal Vorm on the right, but the keeper spreads himself to tap the ball away as Dyer goes over, and wants a penalty, but the ref isn’t interested at all.

Eriksen put Tottenham upfront as the Dane picks the ball up off Erik Lamela he strides two more steps to the edge of the box and curls one into the top corner with no one closed him down at all to make 1-0 in the 11 minutes of the game.

Son has the ball in the net after controlling a high ball and producing a stunning finish in off the crossbar with the goal is ruled out for offside and VAR gets involved and eventually gets it right.

Lamela takes to shooting from far out but his 30-yard strike comes nowhere near to beating Nordfeldt with the ball going off target. A few minutes later Eriksen takes a well-struck shot seems destined for the top corner but Swansea stopper Nordfeldt gets a finger to the ball and it hits the top of the crossbar to a corner kick for the away team.

Eric Dier had a chance to made it two after leaving the England international free header from a corner but he clears the bar with half-time can’t come quick enough for the hosts.

Lamela doubles Spurs lead after Swansea players allow the South American travel with the ball towards the edge of the penalty before the Argentine takes his chance to curl the ball into the bottom corner from 20 yards. Nordfeldt was wrong-footed to make 2-0 in the 45 minutes of the match.

Second Half

Swansea almost get back into this match! Firstly, Martin Olsson sees a venomous strike from distance well saved by Vorm, before the goalkeeper gets back to his feet to keep out Abraham's header on the rebound.

Dier takes aim from 30 yards and the ball is well on its way to the top corner before Nordfeldt makes an excellent save high to his right few minutes later Moussa Sissoko gets his turn to take a shot from long range but it's miscued well wide of the post.

Lucas Moura wants to shoot but can't so tees up Eriksen, and the Dane's first-time strike from the edge of the area goes through a number of players and goalkeeper Nordfeldt before finding the bottom corner to make 3-0 in the 62 minutes of the encounter.

Nearly a fourth for Spurs as Son gets in behind the defence but his low cross for Eriksen is over-hit. The Dane has every right to be fuming because that should have been a tap-in for his hat-trick.

Lamela plays in Son who drills one across goal towards Fernando Llorente but it's too far ahead of the Spaniard.
