Football fans on Twitter react as Ndidi goes back to school

Football fans on Twitter reacted as Super Eagles midfielder Wilfred Ndidi goes back to school to Business and Hospitality Management studies.

The 22-year-old Nigeria international who recently enrolled with De Montfort University (DMU) in Leicester City as he combines his football career and schooling. 

Ndidi has established himself as a regular fixture with the former Premier League Champions since arriving King Power from Belgium Jupiler side Genk in 2017 but the Lagos-born comes to campus after training on most days and leaves around 6 pm as he shuffles between a top-level football career and studying.

Despite his involvement at 2019 Africa Cup of Nations with Nigeria, he has played every minute of Premier League football this season and rescued a point for Leicester City against Chelsea last Sunday.

However, the news broke out as the workaholic midfielder said that none of his club teammates are aware that he is studying for a business degree at De Montfort University in Leicester but football reacted on their Twitter handle.
