Hazard makes his World Cup prediction, Super Eagles advance

Chelsea forward Eden Hazard has bold predictions of Nigeria and the rest of the team in this month FIFA World Cup in Russia. 

The 27-year-old scored the winning goal from the penalty spot as Chelsea pipped Manchester United in the 2018 Emirates FA Cup final has tipped his Blues teammate Victor Moses led Super Eagles to come out of Group D alongside Argentina with Croatia and debutants Iceland bow out of the tournament.

Hazard took to Twitter to share his choices for every game in the knockout stages of the competition in Russia with some rather surprising predictions.

However, Belguim captain stated that the Super Eagles will face France in the round of 16 and will eventually be eliminated while Argentina will beat Denmark and progress into the quarter-finals.

Red Devils will overcome Poland, Brazil, France to reach the final, where they will defeat England to win the World Cup for the first time in their history.

Belgium will face Panama on Monday in their opening World Cup game in Group G.
