Real Madrid is in talks with Chelsea for the signing of Eden Hazard to Santiago Bernabeu and the Los Blancos is just £17.6m short of the Blues valuations, according to report in Spain.

Chelsea is demanding a transfer fee of €120m (£106m), Real Madrid is unwilling to meet such valuation for a player who had just a year left on his contract and who would, therefore, be available on a free at the Stamford Bridge.
