Super Eagles forward and Chelsea wing-back Victor Moses has taken to social media to celebrate Saturday's FA Cup final victory over his former manager Jose Mourinho who believes the Nigeria international and his Blues team-mates were unworthy winners of the trophy.

Eden Hazard's first-half penalty decided the FA Cup final in Moses' favour at Wembley to leave Mourinho and Manchester United empty-handed this season.

Moses took to Twitter after the game to post images of himself with the trophy and with a caption: "FA CUP WINNERS BABY!!!"

Hazard in a moment of brilliance twisted and tore past Phil Jones before drawing a clumsy foul from the United defender after 22 minutes. The Belgian calmly dispatched the penalty past golden glove winner David de Gea which was to prove to be the decisive moment in a final that was hard fought.

Mourinho who has never a cup final as a manager of an English club, after winning each of the previous six (four League/EFL Cups, one FA Cup, one Europa League) could do nothing as Moses helped Chelsea to their eighth FA Cup and their first since 2012, taking them level with Tottenham - only Man Utd (12) and Arsenal (13) have won more.
