Injury blow for Napoli ahead of Serie A title chase as Algerian defender Faouzi Ghoulam has suffered another injury setback.
The 27-year-old left-back was on his way back to fitness after rupturing his anterior cruciate ligament on November 2, and he sustained the latest setback in training, fracturing his right kneecap on Friday.

"Faouzi Ghoulam suffered a potentially serious knee injury in training in Castelvolturno on Friday. The early signs point to a fractured right kneecap a club statement said by Napoli
“Ghoulam will be visited today by Professor Mariani at Villa Stuart (Sports Clinic in Rome),”
“The player will begin his rehabilitation on Saturday and be re-assessed in two weeks' time but is expected to resume training in around a month.”
It had been hoped that Ghoulam would make his eagerly-anticipated return when Napoli host Lazio on Saturday night
