Inter Milan begins to search for new coach

Serie A By: Ikponmwosa Umweni | 10/04/2017

Inter Milan have reportedly restarted their search for a new Coach after Stefano Pioli’s slump, with some interesting new names cropping up.

According to Tuttosport, Inter has not given up on Antonio Conte, but if a deal for the Chelsea boss does not go through then Sevilla’s Jorge Sampaoli is second in line, providing he does not get snapped by Argentina.

Other names include Tottenham Hotspur’s manager Mauricio Pochettino, Hull City’s Marco Silva, and Monaco’s Leonardo Jardim, as well as known targets Roma manager Luciano Spalletti and Atlileco Madrid boss Diego Simeone a former player to Milan base side.

The Nerazzurri were beaten 2-1 by a bottom table resurgent Crotone over the weekend, their third game without a win, to leave them seventh in Serie A and virtually out of Champions League contention
