Alex Iwobi Arsenal's teammate Jack Wilshere has reportedly been snubbed from England squad for the upcoming World Cup.
The 26-year-old, who has suffered from numerous injuries in recent years and hopes of travelling to Russia after forcing his way back into contention over the past few months and Liverpool star Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain ruled out for six months which has given the Gunners midfielder chance of making the team.

However, Wilshere has started just 12 Premier League games this season at Arsenal and he was not named in Arsene Wenger final two matches of the campaign due to the birth of his child.
According to The Sun claiming that Three Lions manager Gareth Southgate informed the former Bournemouth and Bolton loanee of his decision via a phone call on Tuesday, It comes after goalkeeper Joe Hart was also informed he will not make the final cut of 23 players.
It appears that Manchester City star Fabian Delph will be chosen ahead of Wilshere who withdrew from Southgate’s last squad, for the friendly matches against Holland and Italy, through a minor knee injury.
Wilshere has not played a single minute under Southgate since former England defender took charge on the Three Lions in September 2016.
