Jay Jay Okocha advises Kelechi Iheancho to leave Man City

Former Super Eagles captain and Bolton Wanderers attacking midfielder Austin Okocha has advised Super Eagles striker Kelechi Iheanacho to leave Manchester City in the summer transfer window.

Iheanacho is one of the best and most promising young forwards in the Premier League and has been linked with moves away from Etihad  Stadium in the summer transfer window.

The 20-year-old forward is now City's third choice striker, behind Brazillian striker Gabriel Jesus and  Argentina talisman Sergio Aguero, despite having the best goals-per-minute record in the history of the Premier League.

The Sun has credited Premier League rivals Tottenham Hotspur and Leicester City with interest in the Ex- Golden star who is claimed to be rated at £20 million.

''I think he has come at that age that he needs regular first-team games and I think it would be a better decision for him to go somewhere else where he can play week in week out,” Okocha told ESPN FC.

''So I think that’s a great decision for him to move out of Manchester City this season.''

Kelechi Iheancho has 10 Premier League goals to his credit before his 20th birthday joined some notable name who has bang same number of goal Premier League before the age of 20.
