Maurizio Sarri has dropped Eden Hazard from Chelsea squad to play PAOK in their Europa League Group L opener on Thursday night in Greece.

The Belgium international joins  David Luiz, Mateo Kovacic and Emerson Palmieri left out of the team for matchday one to remain in England.
