Juventus sporting director Fabio Paratici has made bold claims about Real Madrid and Barcelona players after Cristiano Ronaldo was snubbed for the second year running in the chance to win the Ballon d’Or award.
Ronaldo lost the award to Real Madrid midfielder Luka Modric and this time he was not just beaten to the award alone he failed to make the top three as Lionel Messi claimed his sixth Ballon d’Or gong on Monday evening in Paris.

"It's difficult to say if the Ballon d'Or was taken away from Ronaldo, but there's no doubt that clubs like Real Madrid and Barcelona have a lot of power," Paratici said.
With Ronaldo not getting the recognition he feels he deserves, what does his future at Juventus hold?
"Will Ronaldo stay? Of course," Paratici said.
The Portuguese forward has struggled with injury problems in recent weeks.
"It's annoying because he's competitive and his reaction says a lot about his spirit, his desire to be on the pitch," Paratici said.
"He always wants to play and win everything."
