The reports in Corriere Dello Sport as cited by Diario AS says that Juventus believe they can provide the avenue for James to excel if they sign him.
The Colombian midfielder suffered an ankle ligament injury last week and he is subsequently ruled out of the year as a result of the injury suffered.
The 27-year-old midfielder joined Bayern Munich from Real Madrid on a two-year loan deal but he has fallen out with the club's manager Niko Kovac and he wants out of the club in the winter.
Bayern Munich is not ready to sign James on a permanent basis despite having the option to make his deal permanent at the end of the current campaign.
Real Madrid has enough player in the midfield and might not likely welcome James back to the squad as it would affect the likes of Isco, Marco Asensio, Dani Ceballos, etc and moreso
James is unlikely to find a starting spot back at the Bernabeu which is said to have kickstarted Juventus’ interest.
The former Monaco midfielder spent three seasons with Real Madrid, he won two Champions League trophies during his time at the Spanish capital.
