"Juventus were robbed" says Nollywood superstar

Champions League By: Uche Duru | 12/04/2018

Ardent football fan and Nollywood star, Uche Jombo has opined that Juventus were rubbed in their Champions League quarter-final showdown against Real Madrid on Wednesday night.

Juventus were neck to neck with their hosts as they repeated a uniformed 3-0 goal deficit which they conceded at home from Real Madrid but this time it was in their favour, until a last-minute penalty was awarded to the home team which the Manchester United fan Uche Jombo found unfair.

Buffon's penalty protest resulted in a red card by referee Michael Oliver and 'boom' a powerful thunderbolt penalty kick from Ronaldo ended Juventus Champions League dreams.

Uche Jombo alongside other football fans wore a furrowed brow at the referee's decision and believes it was all to favour the home team, Real Madrid. "He is another Ronaldo fanboy," says a furious fan.

The Nollywood star shortly after the match took to her Twitter handle to pour out her mind in a series of tweets as regards the game.
