Chelsea manager Frank Lampard has revealed his plans for Jorginho’s position and insists he has a new position for the Italian midfielder.
Jorginho was severally picked out for criticism by Chelsea supporters last season, due to the fact that the former manager Maurizio Sarri played N’Golo Kante out of position.
Jorginho played as a defensive midfielder for Chelsea last season a role Kante excelled the most during his time at Leicester City and his first two seasons at Chelsea.
But Lampard has suggested he could switch things up with the former Napoli man this season.

He said: "Jorginho became a conversation last year.
"I've been there. As a player, sometimes things are out of your control and the conversation carries on very quickly without you.
"He played in one position and the manager had faith in him and it became something that was talked about, possibly too much.
"But I'm the new manager. I have new ideas. We might be more adaptable in the way we play. I might ask different things of Jorginho, of N'Golo Kante, of Ross Barkley - of anybody.
"I'm not stuck in a conversation from last year. I'm looking at a player who has very much impressed me over the last 10 days."
