Former Nigeria Captain Vincent Enyeama and his Lille teammates have been sent packing from the French League Cup (Coup de La Ligue) by PSG.

Lucas Moura scored twice as the Parisians ended a run of three games without a win by beating Lille 3-1 in the Coupe de la Ligue last 16.

Enyeama who has an awful record against PSG; losing almost time he faced the team was on the bench for Wednesday's game but his replacement had no magic to perform as the Cup holders once again got the better of Lille.

PSG got the win despite coach Unai Emery resting a number of star names and putting his faith in a blend of fringe players and emerging talent.

The victory eases the pressure on Emery, who will be only too aware that his predecessor Laurent Blanc won a domestic treble in his last two seasons at PSG.

Having been dumped out of the League Cup, Enyeama and his Lille teammates will have to shift focus back to the League where they will face Olympique Marseille on Sunday.
