Leicester City are reported to be lining up a summer swoop for Chelsea wonder boy Tammy Abraham who is of Nigerian descent and is being tracked by the country’s football officials.
The 19-year-old forward is on loan at Championship side Bristol City this season and has scored 24 goals for the Robins.
According to national newspaper reports, Leicester have watched Abraham extensively and City boss Craig Shakespeare apparently sent David Flitcroft to look at the teenager last week.
City already have the Nigerian duo of Ahmed Musa and Wilfred Ndidi and are now looking the direction of Abraham who is seen more as English than Nigerian.
Leicester are not the only club to be linked with Abraham, who hit a double in Bristol's 3-1 win over Wolves at the weekend, and the youngster has admitted his dream is to play in the Premier League.
